We opted to use this for our pine trim and floor in our new house. I have been amazed at how much it hardens the wood! And it's so much easier to work with than varnishes and polyeurethane! It's much more forgiving for someone who doesn't work with finishing all the time. The only drawback is the amount of coats it takes, but it's still worth it.
