You can try your hardest to rub it off with cold water and a cloth, but you still feel the warmth, b/c of its absorption. I’d say test a small area for each body part to see how your skin reacts, b/c I have been using this for years, and I recently used it on a different body part that I have never tried it on, and I was burning for a while. Also, the latest product release is much stronger, and makes my skin hotter. But, if you suffer from lumbar pain, this is a go-to product! I keep this in stock at home!
