will constrict blood if worn all day but holds well enough for a couple hours of bjj with no issue

Works great! Much better than taping
Very happy with this product. It slides off occasionally when there's a lot of hand fighting but otherwise works much better than buddy taping.

They do help with water volleyball to keep fingers from flexing too much
I’m not sure if I had the correct size but had to reposition every so often

Perfect
Recently broke my hand and have been instructed to tape middle and run finger together to help aid recovery. This takes place of the tape without me ripping it off Everytime I have to wash my hands and still allows flexibility. Great product even if it's not intended for this
