Taste Great better that water but water is still better than nothing.
Great! Lemon Lime is my favorite flavor, next to the Orange one that Gatorade offers. It actually does a better job at hydrating my body than regular water. Because whenever I drink water alone I feel weird, it probably because ones body needs more than water and just drinking water while doing intense workout. All water does is waters down the rest of what your body needs. Obviously water is far better than nothing, especially in this southern heat.

Life saver. Used these as I was recovering from surgery to keep up good hydration. I really like this flavor and could tolerate it even when nauseated. I have mix up powders too but this is so convenient when you are exhausted! Great value for money.

Delivery man so helpful!
The products are good. I've been buying them regularly and not had a problem. However, today the delivery man was so very helpful! I was outside when he arrived & I asked him if he would bring the heavy package in to my garage. He was very willing to help me get them where I really needed them without any hesitation. Taste goog. Not too sweet.
Ordered because weather very hot. Use city bus for transportation. Liked price. Usually buy smaller size at my grocery store where I shop regularly. When the order arrived, I was surprised at the size. Maybe I didn't pay attention, & placed order. Will buy again. Not too sweet just right.
