The first one ordered which I had to have replaced anyway because some holes didn’t line up did have minor puncture damage from transport but i didn’t think it was that bad until I got my sort of perfect replacement. 2. It is lightweight but sturdy enough. 3. The board where the child stands I didn’t measure but seems to be a good thickness for the purpose. Highly recommend for families with curious little ones! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's not the Cadillac of toddler platforms but good enough and helpful customer service *by D***B on September 23, 2021* I purchased this item on Prime day, was excited as our toddler (now 17mo) was always trying to help in the kitchen and I would sit him on the counter to help mix eggs, etc.; this seemed perfect. I started putting it together and quickly realized that while it had the right number of parts, I had 3 of one part and 1 of another (when it should have been 2 and 2). Customer Service was great, contacted them a few times and they were very prompt. The issue was that even though they sent the part out right away, it was coming from China, and with shipping lanes being in utter shambles, it took weeks and weeks to get here. It's not like the parts are sitting in a local Amazon center; I was very close to just buying a new one at full cost. Now that the parts are here, and assembled, it's great. (Only needed to re-drill 1 pilot hole) The base is slightly wider than the standing platform, which helps with stability which is good since it is narrow. Its light weight and not rickety, but in no way an heirloom piece. (Basically its good enough). Also light enough our toddler can push it around dispite the adhesive rubber feet (a pro and con) and he loves the thing so he runs to grab it himself when he wants to help in the kitchen. It just fits under our counter which makes it easy to store when not in use, which made my wife like it so much more than when she first saw it. It's not adjusable but a good height and it really is what I wanted and expected.
