It works!!
I bought this product to replace the ignitor on my Nexgrill 5 burner grill that also has a side burner for pots. It fit perfectly, was a snap to remove the old one and install this one. The connections are solid, it is the same size overall, and it fits just like the original did. I like that this item has a rubber boot over the button that you push for a spark to keep the rain out. Water killed the original ignitor, this one should be better in that regard. I recommend this product based on what I wrote. How long it actually lasts, I cannot say, but I do know it doesn't feel cheaply made.

Easy install, worked in my KitchenAid Grill
My ignitor stopped working. I replaced the battery which didn't help. I ordered this replacement ignitor and it solved the problem. I have a 6 burner KitchenAid grill. This unit had 6 sockets and I has able to unplug each lead from the old ignitor and plug this into this new unit. This ignitor is different from my original one as the original had another lead wire that allowed the turning of each burner knob to fire ignitor. This ignitor did not have that plug, but instead allows you to push in the knob that covers the battery to fire to ignitor and allow lighting of each/all burners. Its works well and I am satisfied. It look about 5 minutes to change it out.

works like a charm...
I must admit I had my doubts when I ordered it... but, I got tired of trying to light my grill with a lighter or a flaming paper towl... I decided to give it a try... even after I opened it and got it hooked up (pretty easily I might add) I didn't even mount it back into the grill because I wasn't sure it would work... so it was hanging there as I got ready to push the button... I pushed it, spark, poof, it WORKED! I was elated. So much so, I decided to install it actually where it was supposed to and and hollered for the wife to come and see... she wasn't as excited as I was (I do all the grilling) but, she dutifully patted me on the back, turned to go back in the house and said "when will my steak be ready" ... steak was perfect too.

$11 fix for a $100+ Weber Summit Gold six burner grille igniter
In 2018 I replaced our original igniter that failed after 11 years with a Broilman replacement. That one lasted less than a year. I ordered another Broilman and it came DOA. Sent it back and was about to order the Weber when I did a search for alternative six output igniters. To my surprise, the Grillkid had this version available. For $11... worth a shot. Works perfect! Only issue is it wouldn't fit in the original mount underneath the top panel. I ended up drilling a 7/8" hole into the front panel and now it's even easier to access the push button. It had to be offset from center for the leads to reach the left burners. Another small hole had to be drilled in the panel behind the front panel to pass the left burner wires thru to reach.

A Drop in replacement for my NexGrill unit
This unit is exactly as advertised. It is an exact drop in replacement for the listed grill(s). My ignitor failed after a few years of faithful use. I looked at getting a Nexgrill replacement but the cost and delivery time were both excessive.I decided to risk a low cost unit and I could not be happier. Side by side it looks identical to the original. I transfered the wires one by one to the exact same spot on the new unit and it worked great the first time.Highly recommended

Super easy install but…
The igniter quit working after two days. Checked the battery and looked inside the battery enclosure to see if I could see any obvious problems. Batteries that I tried all tested good. No signs of rust or corrosion. It just quit. I’m not going to get another one. I’ll just use a two dollar stick lighter from now on. I’m convinced these things fail within the first year and trying to find one that stays working is almost impossible.

Works great, but could not use the original grill button
This was almost an exact replacement, but this unit has the ignition button on the cap that holds the battery, whereas my grill has a separate starter button installed on the front of the grill. This unit works great using the button on the cap, but I could not get it to work with the original grill button, even though there were connections for it.A slight inconvenience- 4-1/2 stars.

Tested it. Worked well.
I used this in a non-typical application. It has been robust enough to handle my alterations of its use. Battery installs under the button. Its configuration expects you to install in a metal panel. Meaning the igniter wire plugs into a Wire connector tab. The ground circuit does not have a wire connector tab. It has a conductor strip under the plastic nut.
