Turmeric provided better relief than any dose of Prednisone and Corticosteroid topical ointments prescribed by my Dermatologist. The lesions have cleared up and I have had minimal outbreaks since I've been taking turmeric supplements. Recently I was diagnosed with Planter Fasciitis and I've been taking a CBD supplement in addition to the turmeric. I can feel the results. I am now able to put my running shoes back on and go for 4 to 5 mile jogs with no pain. My limp has gone away and I can feel that the inflammation in my foot has gone away.
