Moon Child

This book is wonderful! My son loves listening to the peaceful lyrical text, and the illustrations are lovely, showing animals interacting with the moon. It is a bedtime favorite, I highly recommend.

The ending assures every child that the moon is watching over them and the final scene with the otter floating off into the sunset with the baby otter laying on top of her chest is just beautiful.
