Black Diaper Bag Tote Collection by Hip Cub - W/Matching Baby Changing Pad

I found out about this bag from my sister-in-law, who purchased one recently. I had been looking for a bag that I could use for my potty trained three year old and soon to be newborn. I am a bit of an over packer, but I didn't want something so huge that it was overwhelming. I also wanted something that I could use long after I no longer needed it for diapers. Another important factor for me was organization, I love being organized! This bag hits all of those criteria and more.It is well constructed, and the fabric feels like it will hold up to anything that may come my way with two little ones. It is canvas, so I feel like clean up will be fairly easy. The tag says to spot clean with a damp rag, but I think on a delicate cycle in the washing machine and hang dry should be ok. (I am not from the company and am not taking any responsibility for damage if this doesn't work :) ) This is just how I feel you would be able to clean the bag if a spot clean wasn't enough.The bag comes with stroller straps and a changing mat which were bonuses for me. I have a large stroller basket and a changing pad from my previous child, so these weren't needed, but a very nice addition. I love that there are two ways to carry the bag with the handles and the messenger style strap.All of the pockets are very roomy and will accommodate a lot of stuff. The side bottle pockets are probably large enough fro two bottles in each one, or a bottle and snacks.I still have not used this bag for a diaper bag, because it is too large for just my toddler. Right now I have it packed up as my hospital bag for the baby and I still have a ton of room. In my bag I have: a hat, Velcro swaddle sack, a sweatshirt, muslin blanket, large knit blanket, two pacifiers, a sleep sack, zip up sleeper, three onsies, two pairs of socks, a pair of scratch mittens and a pair of cotton pants. That is just on the inside main compartment of the bag. I could probably fit all of that again and more in the inside. I have not even used any of the outside pockets. I could also fit my 15" laptop in this bag as well, and still have room for all of the baby stuff.Over all I am very happy with my purchase, and I hope this review helped!

I have waited a few months to review this bag so that I could get a really good feel for it. I am so picky about my diaper bags and am constantly switching them out so I really wanted to give this one a good shot.First of all, the company is top notch and makes you feel like a VIP just for choosing their product. The design is very neutral and coordinates with pretty much everything. I love that it doesn't look too babyish or over the top. Most of the diaper bags I see around are just way too cutsie for my taste or are 4 times the price. Lord knows what my kids get on or in these things, my days of spending $200+ on fancy bags are over for the time being. That being said, this bag washes well and so far it's held up amazingly. Also, the thing is huge! Not in a bulky awkward way, but it holds EVERYTHING! The straps are also great, and large enough that I can still thrown it up to my shoulder even when wearing all my bulky winter layers and my thick puffy down coat. This is so so important for me! I can't stand tiny little arm straps on a diaper bag.The only issues I have had with the bag are that 1- I don't like how it's designed to strap to the stroller. And 2- it's so big I am constantly losing stuff inside. I wish it came with a removable pouch or two for keeping all my stuff organized.Overall this is a great bag for the price and I would buy it again for sure!

The weekender bag by hip cub is the perfect diaper bag. I have 2 kids under 3 and I needed something that could hold all of our belongings with room to spare. This bag fit the bill. I am over-prepared and extremely organized by nature, and this bag is exactly what someone like me needs. There are plenty of pockets to organize all of the stuff that you will fill it with.Here's what's in my hip cub weekender diaper bag:- 6 newborn diapers, 4 toddler diapers, 1 swim diaper, wipes, a changing pad and disopable bags for dirty diapers.- A water bottle for my toddler and I.- Wetones and dapple pacifier wipes.- A pacifier case for my nipple shield (thanks non-latching baby).- 2 packing cubes that include a change of clothing and socks for each child, and a first aid kit.- Sunblock, diaper ointment and hand sanitizer gel.- A reusable shopping bag.- Snacks.What's not shown in this picture but is typically in my diaper bag as well is my wallet, phone, Chapstick and extra hair ties. Sometimes I also add a snack for me, and a bottle of breast milk depending on where we are going.It might seem excessive, but with a very forgetful husband, my well-packed bag has come in very handy.Even with all of this stuff there is still room for more. Despite being so full it does not feel overly bulky. The colors are stylish, and it seems like it will hold up well. I have brought this with me everywhere this summer and there are no noticeable stains. I love the 2 carrying options and the stroller straps. Once I am done using this as a diaper bag, I can see myself using it as a beach bag.If you are like me and like to be well-prepared you need this bag!

I'm really happy with my weekender tote. I was surprised when it arrived as it is larger than it appears in the photos on Instagram, but it's lovely and spacious. I'm using it for both my 12wk old and my toddler, so have a lot of stuff in it. I often have two large drinks, for myself and my toddler and many bags don't have large enough drink pockets, so the fact that this one has two large drawstring pockets on the sides is great, as it even fits a ltr bottle in it.Am really happy with it and it'll be great to take away as a weekender bag too, as it doesn't look like a changing bag.

This is a really great nappy bag. I am one of those mums who leaves the house with everything but the kitchen sink, and I have finally found a bag that fits it all stylishly. With my first bub I had a very expensive nappy bag that had no functionality, so this time around I have really looked carefully for a bag that fits everything, has a lot of compartments and doesn't break the bank. This was the best I found and I am so happy with it. It has the perfect number of compartments and place for bottles, toys, nappies, wipes, you name it. It sits on the back of my pram nicely and is also easy and comfortable to carry. It looks very attractive, the colour is versatile and matches everything. Highly recommend.

I love the colour, love the design (I use it even when i go out without the baby!) and features are great especially the poclets. From a practical point of view im particularly happy with the straps (cross body and handles). It's a large bag and you can fit a lot in it. it's pleasing that the straps can both manage the load and be comfortable to carry it (even with the baby in the other arm - doesn't slip off ). For the price I'm really happy with the product I've received. Look forward to using it more!

I am loving this bag! I haven't bought one before and would usually buy large tote bags as they seemed more stylish (and cheaper than most changing bags). But I found this at a great price plus it's huge (check out other Amazon reviews for the real size!!) to store everything I need for myself and my 18 month old. The compartments were what really sold me on this as I find I need pockets to easily store bottles, nappies, wipes, clothes etc.Would highly recommend for days out, trips to the supermarket, general etc.

I love this bag. It's fantastic quality and the perfect size for everything you need for your baby. You can even easily fit in toys and books if you're out for a full day. The number and position of pockets is also great - and the bag doesn't scream mummy either :-)
