Black Dragon Kung Fu: Advanced Training

The author has put in a great personal experience in writing. He has many years experience and I look foward to training from his teaching.

Interesting read. A lot of text descriptions of fundamental exercises and training. I am about half way through the book as i write this so i have yet to see any actual Black Dragon Kung Fu patterns. A Note on Dragon boxing though... they have different styles or clan systems such as Black Dragon, Red Dragon, Green Dragon, Ruby Dragon etc. Each style is supposed to contain portions or larger amounts of the lost Shaolin skills according to the Shaolin Chan. either way the book is an interesting read...

It's not a bad book, but it doesn't come anywhere near living up to its own hype. The author will describe a method as having multiple levels of training, but then write a cursory training method for the first one only. It was neat that he includes a list of ingredients commonly used to make dit da jow, but he certainly does NOT give the information you'd need to make it: no instructions on how to make it, and no particular recipe for it anyway. If this is "advanced" training, every martial artist on earth is advanced by the time he's been training for one year or so.

Very well written. Although, this information can be found by reading many other books on the subject. This book is excellent in so that you have very pertinent material all condensed into this one volume. Very good work, and very good, easy to read, and easy to understand material. Much better than many Chinese books. In that you don't have the Chinese words, and mystical,meanings.

Good book, but it does teaches tips, but no Kung Fu moves demonstrated, nor any forms created, More info needed to be included!

Fantastic book! This is a great book to learn if you are into the dark side of marshal arts becuse it tells you where to hit a enemy to kill him. But got useful information on making dit da jaw which no one reveals at least to my knowlage and tells you about chi

The book look very cheap and is hard to understand.

this is a very poor offering, only a small amount of useful information in the whole book, the book itself contains about 3 pictures only, and they are small grainy black and white so you cannot see any detail, completely useless not worth the paper it is printed on, if the author lived near me i would knock on his door and ask for my money back,avoid this toilet paper....
