One of the boards already had "Does not erase" written on it,sure enough it doesn't erase. the other one does not erase either. both packages have a "try me" feature. Very disappointing as these where highly rated and where destined to be Christmas presents for my grandchildren. In order to submit comments you are required to select a rating, I had to give one star rating which this product doesn't deserve.

The board is already covered with scribbles and pushing the button won’t erase them - so essentially the board is useless on arrival. It could be a dead battery... I’ll have to go out to buy the special little flat one to find out. Disappointing to advertise “battery included” if it’s dead. Upon opening the amazon box, the product packaging looked a little battered, like it had been opened (and returned?) before. 3 out of 4 sticker tabs weren’t attached to hold it closed.Overall, super unimpressed. If it is just a dead battery, I’d bump up my rating - but seems like a careless over-site that can ruin ones excitement and first impressions of your product. Two stars because it came with everything else advertised, but with the main board unusable, it is not a present I’ll be giving to my niece. Will likely return.

Item is damaged. And it cannot be returned. My son’s Christmas gift is now ruined. It is not erasing. I feel really really discouraged and disappointed we spent our last bit of money to get this. And now it does not work please help.

I've used many boogie boards in my class over the last few years and no issues. I gifted this one to my nephew and it broke within a day. He tried to change one of the cards and somehow the screen got some permanent bubble on it.

This is a cheap product. Breaks easy. I sent 2 back that arrived broken. I gave the kid the 3rd one and it broke with in days. Thumbs down to this
