Review: Nice discharge and field but no music - I powered the unit with a 24 volt Supply and saw a nice discharge from the needle attachment just like in the photo The spinner spins and light bulbs place near the column illuminate And the clear glass bulb has a nice Corona discharge inside of it when placed near the column Everything is just as advertised except for the sound I could not get any sound out of the Tesla coil With the 24 volt Supply powering the unit and the needle attachment in place I connected my wife's iPod and played Alice Cooper at full volume and heard nothing Am I doing something wrong is my unit a dud If the manufacturer is reading these reviews I would be very grateful for any suggestions Should I return the unit?

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ nice tesla coil, but it produces alot of ozone

I bought this for my son for a school project. He loves it. It came with 3 tips: ion powered spinner, spinning wire, and standard sharp tip. It lights up LED lights and florescent bulbs wirelessly from a few inches away - kids love this effect. We ran it at our kitchen table for about 5-6 minutes total, and we started noticing a strong ozone smell. Soon I had a headache and my throat was scratchy - ozone overdose! Ventilated the room well and all is well. Even when running this for about 30 seconds I notice a very strong ozone smell. Make sure that you use this in a well ventilated area due to ozone production! I tried the audio input, and it works well - novel, but not worth it as a speaker due to ozone production.
