Quite literally a lifesaver
This has been a life saver. I have a lot of pain from some injuries with weight lifting and this helps a lot. The fit is adjustable and holds comfortably around the waist. It is good quality build for regular use and comfortable to wear without feeling too restrictive. The medium size works well for the stated my 34 inch waist. It is really good value for money for a reusable back support belt. I will be ordering one soon for my father as well. Really nice and premium build.

Good Fit and Supportive Design
I’ve been using this lumbar support belt for about 3 days, and the fit has been very good so far. My 32-inch waist fits perfectly, and my mom’s 36-inch waist also fits well. The belt feels supportive without being overly bulky, and the adjustable fit makes it easy to wear comfortably. The ventilated material is a nice touch for longer use. So far, I’m satisfied with the fit and overall design.
