Nice instructions, easy to install, upgraded shaft seal for salt water pool

I used this kit to address a leaking SuperFlo (340038) on the outlet side. The o-rings were perfect, and I really appreciated the inclusion of the grease. The replacement shaft seal was different than the original, which I expected because the replacement is the "heavy-duty" replacement. However, I was surprised at the effort require to push the spring component onto the shaft completely; the original had a large enough diameter hole to easily slide to contact the other component. I was initially afraid that it was the wrong replacement, but I did manage to get it installed with some force. After completing the shaft seal replacement, one of the unions began leaking ever so slightly, so I replace its o-ring with the part from this kit. It has been working perfectly for over 48 hours without any visible leaks or loss of water from the pool.

All of the o-rings fit perfectly and the seal also.I replaced my Pentair Super Flo volute first and then added a new V green 164 square mount Variable Speed pump.All of the components in the seal kit worked as advertised.

The parts fit my Superflo VS pump perfectly. Everything is included in the kit. The original order shipped with an incorrect seal (ps-200 vs ps-3687), but the seller immediately shipped the correct one, so no issues. Took about 1:30 to replace the seal from start to finish, including gathering tools disconnect/reconnecting plumbing/electrical and cleanup afterwards.

The O-rings fit perfectly and it came with lube which is a nice bonus! I used these with a replacement Pentair SuperFlo motor and everything went together very nicely. I have had zero leaks for a year now! Highly recommended. I would definitely buy these again.

Comes with every possible oring and seal you need to completely rebuild the pump. Even the unions, strainer lid and drain plugs! Great kit. All the parts were high quality, and the shaft seal was also a top quality part which should last a long time.
