**Q: Are these compatible with apple watch 6 - to be used either with or without phone**
A: Yes, they work. I switch off bluetooth on the phone just in case so they can connect to Apple Watch straight away.

A: I lost one of my wings and tried contacting customer service to see if I could purchase more, but got no reply. I'm in the UK.

**Q: how long does the case take to fully charge and for the earbuds to fully charge in the case?**
A: Thanks for your question.  Normally, it takes about 2 hours to fully charge the charging case, and 1.5 hours to fully charge the earbuds.

**Q: I have these and when on the phone people can't hear me, can i turn up the microphone volume?**
A: I regularly use mine for phone calls and have no issues unless I'm in a very busy/noisy area
