We didn't really like these onions all that much. The juice was not very flavorful and thus the onions not as good as others we have had.

Many uses for these fab onions!
I just love these. I eat them straight from the jar, I use them in various ‘charcuterie’ style meals, I chop them small with chopped cornichons and mix with mayonnaise, dijon, lemon juice , and black pepper- this makes a great dip for and breaded fish/seafood. But my favourite way to use them is to mix a little of the vinegar with braising steak (this tenderises it), then make a casserole/bourgingon adding these to the gravy 30 mins before the end with a little fried pancetta. They work so well -tiny onions with the delicious rich sauce. Oh and don’t forget -put one on a stick with an olive &a cornichon for a dirty martini!

Best picked onions you can buy
Always loved these, actually the best pickled onions you can buy.. I've been finding it difficult to find them in stock in my local supermarkets. Seems they've been out of stock or not ordering them for months now.. so Bought 10 jars!! Arrived quickly and i finished a jar off on day 1.. perfect
