Kofal Fuerte was recommended to me by a co-worker after a sprained my knee. This cream is amazing. It relieves the pain instantly. After I finished my first container of kofal I tried other over the counter very common topical analgesic creams and they did not relieve the pain like kofal. I recommend this to anyone suffering from joint pain.
