Initially bad experience was corrected immediately by the Seller. ThIs Seller cares and acted promptly and definitively. The original shipment was an inventory error. The gloves didn't fit and the inserts were not stationary (in other words pulled out when a hand was removed). The replacement gloves were excellent. It is important to me to prevent burns and accidents. These gloves fit the bill. The sizing is accurate and the gloves perform as advertised. To date I am satisfied with the product and recommend it without reservation.

I like the fact that these are gloves instead of mitts. However the listing on Amazon claims that it withstands heat up to 932F. That is incorrect. The labels on both gloves I received clearly states NOT to use it over the recommended temperature of 652F. That is still among the highest temperature of oven gloves/mitts I searched for, but its a far cry from 932F.

These gloves make me wonder how I could have tolerated those oversized mitts for so long. The gloves fit my small hands perfectly. I can easily grip, lift and carry hot cookware. Also, the hem of the gloves covers my wrist for burn-free reaches into the oven. I'm glad I discovered them!

Beautiful Design!! And very comfy!! Was so excited to get it just needed to do something.... changed a light bulb the first hour it arrived.. and it worked like a charm!! can't wait to cook something with it (and I usually hate cooking ;))The design fits right into my kitchen.A+++++

Ummm. Hello? I must have gotten a bad pair. These are not heat resistant. Was taking something out of the oven. Had to drop it because it burned my fingers.

I have no doubt that these are good but they are gigantic. It made it difficult to grab stuff.
