This Bodygym Core System is a great option for home workouts. It is compact, easy to set up, and doesn’t take up much space when stored. I like that it allows me to work out different areas of my body, including my core, arms, shoulders, and legs, with adjustable resistance for different training levels. The accessories feel well made and the system is comfortable to use. It’s a convenient and effective way to stay active without needing a gym membership. Highly recommended!

Ordered the body gym after seeing videos of Marie Osmond. I Received it in two days, very quick delivery. And I have been using it daily. I love this, wish I would have known of it sooner. it is really a wonderful body gym. Easy to put together. Works out every muscle. I definitely recommend it.

I badly broke my kneecap a few years ago, and I've never quite been able to get back into a regular exercise routine. I admit to being something of a wimp about it (sorry, I don't like searing pain), but I received an Amazon gift card and this is what I bought myself. I'm glad I did--it's idiot-proof and klutz-proof, which means I'm not going to misread directions and break it. It's also excuse-proof, as my husband occasionally reminds me. I do most of the exercises from a chair and a few standing up, with three sets of 8 repetitions, while watching TV or listening to music. I also have some resistance bands from when I first did physical therapy, and the two combined (resistance bands + bodygym) seems to be doing the trick. The bodygym is especially good for arm muscles, but I've also able to work both knees, and my balance and feeling of security (ie, not falling) is slowly improving. Have I lost weight? No. This does not prevent me from raiding the fridge. Do I look sexier? I dunno, I'm still in my quarantine uniform of t-shirt and capris. Am I all kinds of fit? Nah. I just started. But I'm off to a pretty good start, and that's an optimism I haven't felt in a while.
