Review: Does not work. - We've followed all directions and this things still won't work. It's hard to light and when it does light it goes out within 5 seconds. And the help line is of no help, can't contact manufacturer and desertcart won't help either. Sorry I bought this piece of crap. Save your money and go to the smoke shop to get a lighter.

We've followed all directions and this things still won't work. It's hard to light and when it does light it goes out within 5 seconds. And the help line is of no help, can't contact manufacturer and Amazon won't help either. Sorry I bought this piece of crap. Save your money and go to the smoke shop to get a lighter.

I ordered 2 of these then I saw saw these horrible reviews so I complained and asked to return . Well they refunded me for 1 and so kept the other one. My BFF came over today and she smoked so we pulled one out filled it up and wow this thing works great! So I got the other one filled it up and when somebody comes over they smoke they’re going to get it for free but they’re awesome I don’t know what these people were complaining about both both of mine were perfect!
