A: Not sure it is very thick and 2 to 2 1/2 inches long.

A: About 4.2mm/0.16in.

A: This is more of a pry tool than a window breaker. It doesn't have a hardened tip to break a window, so it might not work at all depending on who is using it. I would recommend something with a tungsten or hardened steel tip on it.
