Are the dyes used for this wax natural or synthetic dyes?

The dyes are synthetic but I believe meet EU standards (which are more protective generally than the US, where often there are no applicable toxicity standards for a product like this).

What is size of each sheet?

12 ounce total weight. And 15 sheets so each sheet is less than an ounce. 12 oz is about the weight of a bag of chocolate chips

Does this have an astm label? is it non-toxic? Looking to use it in my childcare home and meet required standards.

Yes, it is non-toxic and packaging states that it conforms to ASTM D-4236

Just put it in some warm water for a minute and it will soften up. It's perfectly fine for two year olds, just warm it for them first and supervise. It's a lot easier to clean this up than gross, hardened Playdoh globs!
