When I received it, a third of the conditioner had leaked into the bag, because there's no seal under the cap, so label and everything started flaking off because it's not waterproof, meaning Everytime I pick it up in the shower half the ink from the label gets all over my hand, a bit of a pain in the ***, only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of five.
