Good
It's good for ten bucks but interestingly comes with no instructions. The waist trimmer does tend to ride up and curl back on itself. A word to the wise: the correct way to wear this belt is to stretch it across your back and then fold it forward across your front tucking the plain end under the fasteners. I found it better to wear at least a tee shirt underneath the waist trimmer otherwise it tends to slide too much and also gets a bit itchy. Some instructions from the manufactures would have been useful.

Support lower back.
Support lower back. 45" long and 8" wide. Like the extra length. It overlaps about 8" (yes there are two 8" dimensions). Have other support belts. They are too short. Not much over lap. So when I slack the tension the velcro catches. This is on my other belts. NOT this one. It has enough overlap so velcro sticks to the belt not me. Finally, I have not worn this next to my skin. I wear T-shirts under it. And I have NOT worn it long enough to see a trimmer waist. It is for lower back support. PS: I'm a senior citizen. If that matters.

Works perfect for what I needed it for
Works perfect for what I needed it for: outdoor tennis when the temperature drops. Need to keep my core area warm to prevent injuries related to stiff muscles. The neoprene does the work. It is very soft and comfortable. Perfect for wearing it under your sport attire. Other belts can damage your favorite t-short due to sharp Velcro edges and corners.I think this is not so much of a support belt. If you need one, look for a different model.

I ended up preferring a competing model
There are multiple brands offering similar products, and I had previously purchased a rival product made by McDavid. I prefer that model to this Liomor version. Part of the purpose of this device is to make your abdominal region sweat (while leaving the rest of your body cool.) This product doesn't do that nearly as well as the McDavid. This is because the two belts use different materials for their inner surfaces.Clearly this belt is popular with many customers, and I certainly respect their opinion. Speaking for myself, this one wasn't for me.

I bought this because i wanted it for a back support. I have 9 herniated discs and 2 spinal cord compressions, so I need something that is both comfy, wide, and has good support. This does it all and I love it.

Waist Trimmer Only
This doesn't support your back, which is what I hoped. Whether it trims your waist, I couldn't tell you.April 11. 2017 After reading my review, the manufacturer of this waist trimmer issued me a full refund, which I hadn't asked for, nor did I have to return the product, Now that's customer service!

Good for back
This definitely keeps the back warm and provides support that feels great on a strained back. My back felt much better with it on. It does keep everything in and smooth but the thick warm material is slightly bulky and if you don't Velcro it exactly in line the rubber part can be a bit scratchy. Over all I will wear it when my back hurts but not for waist slimming.

Get what you pay for.
So far, not impressed. I have a REAL lumbar support belt in white that is amazing! I got this one because it is black and based on reviews, works. I feel no support when I wear this. Maybe because I'm so used to the other one that came from my chiropractor. I will continue to wear it hoping for the slim waist effect, but will wear with my white belt as well for the support. It also has a weird smell to it. UPDATE: I am giving an extra star because they did contact me with an offer of a refund, which I declined. But the extra star is for great customer service!
