The weight of the head is too heavy for the flex arm, so will not hold any position. **Q: Will this work on a tablet?** A: Don’t waist your money. But yes it will. Not the best build quality **Q: Would this work with an iMac?** A: Nope. Doesn’t work on an iMac. It just slides right off because the clips aren’t wide enough. Not to mention the product was damaged when I received it. **Q: what is the piece with the tape on it for?** A: It is double sided tape to make the clip stay better on your computer screen.
