A little tight, but they work.

Kinda snug on my arms. Also, because the entire inside is insulated with the silicone gel, they wrinkle my arms up like a prune if they've been on for too long, like your fingers get when you've been in the water too long... which is pretty weird. The heel ones that come with this are great. I think what would have given this 5 stars is if these would have had just the elbow part of the pad insulated with the gel rather than the whole entire inside. Lastly, because the whole inside has the gel, it makes it sort of a pain in the A to put on.

The armrests on my desk chair at work and on my Lazy-boy recliner at home were doing a number on my elbows, especially and predominantly, to my left elbow. No matter how much I moisturized or wadded up hand-towels, my elbows were really suffering. My heels are too bad, but I thought it was a nice combination pack so I purchased this product.This product has really helped the condition of both my elbows and heels. I wear the elbow pad most frequently on my left arm and sleep with the heel pads a couple nights a week. I have to say, I've been far more comfortable since getting this product and the condition of my elbow skin has vastly improved. Also, I've thrown them in the wash on gentle and hang them up to dry.

The elbow pads are well made and allowed me to moisturize my skin without worrying about making a mess. I probably would have given them five stars if the heel pads had made it into the package.
