A: Yes.  The Box listed made in USA.

**Q: Does anyone use these pads to clean their cell phones?**
A: I have on several occasions.  I don't know if I should, but so far my phone is still going strong.  I don't have a smart phone, so that may be the reason.

**Q: how big are the wipes? do they fold up at all, if so how many times?**
A: The wipes are small: I measured one at 1 1/6" x 1 5/16".  But the pads are substantially thick, without fold-over, and there is good alcohol saturation.
