Non-standard charger, nobody could hear me, lots of missed calls -- get a different device (replaced with a Jabra Storm)
OK -- Here goes. The ONLY thing I liked about it was that it fit perfectly. But it was disappointing in every other level.It does not use a standard charger to charge. It has a "pin" instead of the trapezoid my phone (and previous blue tooths for years and years) has. Always had to figure out where the charger was.Nobody could hear me. Maybe it was the "noise reduction", but my calls were constantly "I can't hear you" or "you're really quiet". Yes, I double checked the settings. I ended up having to switch to speaker.I had to reconnect it too often with my phone -- it did not automatically do that if the bluetooth became out of range with the phone (which was often - I couldn't walk down the hall to my kitchen, 16' away). And it would shut off on its own - maybe a battery saving feature, but I would miss calls repeatedly because of it.I replaced it with a Jabra Storm in three weeks. By the way -- this was NOT the seller's fault. The description is exactly what the manufacturer wanted you to know.
