Initially when I purchased this back in February I needed it for a bad outbreak of AD (Atopic Dermatitis) on my chin area that didnt seem like it was working fast enough to heal or maybe it was that I was being impatient. Fast forward to a month or 2 later , decided to try it out on stubborn patches of AD I had on my elbows and to be honest , it worked great, within a few days of continuous use, it cleared up rather quickly and right now you can't even tell I had breakouts on those areas of my arms/elbows. Would definitely recommend keeping this around for AD , or similar skin ailments as it worked very well for that. I also use it on areas of my hand that had gotten discolored after a round of AD attacks on that area, and now its so smooth and can hardly tell that there was ever even any discoloration.

I've had serious plaque psoriasis for the past ten years. I've spent countless hours reading about non steroidal creams and spent countless dollars on OTC organic and non organic soaps salves soaks scrubs. I've made drinks of diatomaceous earth and drink vinegar and honey. ..Nothing worked. I even tried to make my own just to get away from steroid creams like Clobatasol. I love Manuka for burns and bites so I thought I'd give it one more try on all the 'claim to work' salves. Using Manuka straight up didn't work either.First application I said, ok it doesn't burn or hurt me so I put it on the larger spots that night, and the next morning it was less angry looking. Next day did two applications morning and night. Total difference with just those three applications! The plaques are smooth and fading. So I put it on all areas and I'm on day 4 now. I no longer Have that constant psoriasis itch or burn. Some plaques are completely gone the others fading fast. I have two larger spots that are finally reacting to something, when even the prescription didn't work on them. My elbows are nearly normal.It's not greasy, and soaks in but not like other creams at all, it's silky. Really smoothes out dry skin too. Because like anyone with psoriasis the good areas are usually rough and dry. My psoriasis ramps up with stress and I've had a terribly stressful year, and after spending a full summer in long sleeve shirts so I don't freak anyone out in the hottest summer ever, I wish now I'd seen this sooner. I don't care about the price of a product if it works. And it does!

I finally purchased this cream after i had heard that it works wonders for sensitive skin- i could not be more impressed by the improvements it has made on my skin- almost immediately after my first use it toned down my redness and made my skin baby smooth which lasted until the next morning-the texture of the cream seems rich but absorbed right away leaving my skin cashmere to the touch- i actually showered early because we ordered 2 and my husband who is a "guys" guy kept raving on about how good the cream felt which made me anxious to try it sooner!! I have not had one breakout from this cream and i am very prone to having breakouts from everything..!! Another plus for me is that by some small miracle my pore size has diminished since using this and it makes my makeup go on so perfect!! It got rid of all those scaley little patches around my nose and chin- so in a nutshell- it moisturized and was not greasy, reduced my redness, diminshed my pores, made my skin baby smooth, acted as a makeup base to improve my foundation, helped with my scaley skin like and exfoliater would, smoothed my little lines and wrinkles, worked around my lips to moisturize and evened out my skin tone!!!So i really could not express more how happy (and my husband) that we found our new go to cream and the price is right- no more spending money on all those other items when i have everything all in one!! Im a happy girl!!! :)

This cream is not the "holy grail" of all creams. I mean, it is far better than other creams I have tried but it does not do all that it claims. Now I have many skin problems. Everything from dermatitis, to dry skin, acne scars, enlarged pores, you name it I have it. Moving on, this cream does soften my skin and my dry areas but what about the fading. This does nothing for my dermatitis and my acne scars. They are still very present. Also, I noticed that when I started using about two weeks ago I am starting to get more breakouts than before. I was like really. In addition the cream stinks, not a harsh stink but a mellow stink. Nonetheless, the smell is unpleasant. Such a disappointment.

In our last home, we used potassium in our water softener. When we moved, we switched to salt in the softener because the bags of potassium here are nearly $30. Big mistake though, because as soon as we switched, my 12 year old's face flared up in red, angry looking eczema. It was itchy and flaky and looked just terrible. I bought this cream based on the reviews to try to help clear it up. His face was so raw that the first several days he used it, he said it burned like crazy. I felt so bad for him, but I told him to keep using it, hoping it would help a little. I'm so impressed because it cleared up most of his eczema, and as it healed, the cream stopped burning his face. Even more of a surprise, it seems to have completely cleared up the little bits of acne he had, and they haven't returned. He uses it once a day right after a shower, and his skin is now completely smooth and calm. My 15 year old has also started using it to try to calm his face and it seems to be helping a bit on his acne. I didn't buy it for that, but it's a nice bonus.And yes, we did switch back to potassium in the softener once the salt was finally gone.

I've been using this product for about 3 or 4 years now. My skin is usually pretty clear, but I always have this perpetual redness around my nose.. and no matter how much I moisturize, I can't seem to get it to just ... go away!! In the beginning, this product totally got rid of that. 5 stars!Side note: In the last year or so, I think the formula changed. It used to be this white creamy consistency that absorbed very quickly and left my skin feeling smooth and soft. NOw it's a yellow color and has a more oily residue... Still soft, but I don't know. Something definitely changed. Has anyone else noticed this?PS. I hope they bring it back!
