Grateful *former* Insomniac.
A while ago I ordered the 50MG and they didn’t do much. Now I take one of these 100MG capsules with my 50MG (total 150MG at approximately 10-11:00 PM) and wow, they really help me relax and then fall into a solidly comfortable sleep, with no sleepy “hangover” the next day. I’m an Olympic-caliber insomniac of nearly 20 years and I was pretty much resigned to a sleepless fate. Not any more! Prompt shipping and packaging intact upon arrival. Easy to swallow size too.
