Better than Desitin!
I would swear by this stuff! I have used it for a year now and have bought it for multiple other babies. My first experience with it was when I first gave my 5 month old baby food. She had the worst poops that burnt her butt! Then for two days every poop and pee would burn her burn! I used Desitin for the first couple of diapers but saw no relief. I started using this and it was 100% healed in less than 24 hours! 👏👍👍 Due to the excellent healing it did for her, I now use one tub for injuries and one for butts! It helps heal scrapes and boo-boos fast! :)

I've been using only this product for diaper cream so far for diaper cream for my 2 week old. This stuff smells wonderful, seems to reduce redness, and I've had no problems with irritation or with it damaging cloth diapers. I should note that I have not needed to use this to resolve significant irritation or diaper rash, so I can speak to how well it helps with those things.

May work for some, not for my baby.
Not only has it not cleared up my sons little rash, but it has made all my sons clothes and cloth diapers stink horribly. I now have to strip all my cloth diapers.

Love it!
I've had this balm clear a baby's diaper rash or diaper-area redness overnight. I've used it on myself for heat rash and on my husband to soothe an allergic rash. It's amazing and I'll always have some on hand even once we no longer have a baby or toddler in diapers.
