I've read many reviews agreeing that this Cola flavor takes that double dropper serving to get sweetness & flavor some compare to a combo of Coke, Root Beer, & Cream Soda. CocaCola sells stevia-sweetened Coke to other nations (not US) especially Japan, the world leader of stevia usage, cornering 40% of that nation's sweetening. **Q: Will this break my fast?** A: There are no calories or carbs in it. it will not break your fast. It says Purified Water, Organic Stevia Leaf Extract, Natural Flavors.
