I purchased this products after saw positive reviews on desertcart about this product but after used it instead of getting any benefit there was itching and redness on my face and neck so i put a return request to return this item but unfortunately the seller didnt respond to the return request then i called desertcart and they solved this issue by themselves. **Q: Previous castor oil brands were very thick in viscosity.  Why is this one so thin?  Is it still of equal quality as the thick oils?**
A: I don’t find the product thin at all.

A: You should not be storing caster oil in the Fridge, just like to hot will make it go bad so does to cold will turn bad.

I loved this castor oil. You can tell it's pure and very high quality. I like that it's cold-pressed and unrefined because I feel it better preserves its benefits. I've been using it on my hair, eyelashes, and eyebrows, and I've noticed more hydration and shine. It also helps a lot with dry skin. The bottle is large and lasts a long time, so it's well worth the price. It also arrived well-sealed, and the oil has a great texture.
