HYDRATE - a healthy way to stay properly hydrated
I started using HYDRATE because I work out on a regular basis and include Hot Yoga in my routine. HYDRATE helps me hydrate quickly and replace electrolytes after a workout or working outside on a hot day. You can use HYDRATE before and after a workout to avoid loss of energy. I drink Coconut Water as well and HYDRATE is a nice change as well as cost effective.
