Product keurig ontvangen, 4 spuiten.De tanden waren vooraf keurig schoongemaakt door tandarts. Ik heb 1/3 van de spuit gebruikt met de 10% sterkte en op maat gemaakte retainer van invisalign. Na 90min voelde ik pijn, ik heb het direct gestopt en de gel afgewassen. Ik zal het niet verder gebruiken.

TL;DR: This whitening gel is amazing and I always come back to it.I have always been a daily coffee drinker and I bought this Opalescence 10% gel for a few years and always received compliments on how white my teeth were. I wear a retainer so I put the gel in my retainer overnight and would usually whiten once a week or once every other week if I forgot.Recently however I decided to try a higher % gel from a different brand that you leave on your teeth for a fraction of the time. I used it many times without noticing results.Last week I decided to go back to my tried and true and after 2 treatments, I did back to back nights because I needed quick results, my teeth were noticeably whiter and I received two separate compliments on how white my teeth were.Also to note, the Opalescence gel does not have an offensive taste like other whitening gels so you can leave it on for hours and not get grossed out.

Per my dentist friend, she recommended this. I have very sensitive teeth, but the result outweighs the teeth sensitivity. Of course reach out to your dentist for thorough directions. My friend recommended me to do a week of whitening, then afterwards, just whiten my teeth once a month to touch up. I mostly eat soy sauce, tomato base, berries, tea, no boba milk tea, no coffee. But the result is amazing and drastic that others commented how white my teeth are in real life and over face time Hahaha.
