Love this back stretcher! My back gets instant relief and can feel my spine cracking as I lay back. I look forward to my morning, afternoon and evening back stretches! This is a must have for people with back pain!!!

This is the first back stretcher I have had. I am a massage therapist and know that I needed something to try it to correct my posture from bending over for hours each day. The knobs are hard plastic and are pretty pronounced. It has been painful the first day, which I expected because the muscles are trying to relax. I may have to use a pillow over it for a while. Overall, I like the concept. I like that it is adjustable. I just wish the knobs were a little softer.

The bumps do hurt see sensitive people who try it. I love them, but can see how they are a but much. A towel can be placed over for more comfort, but keep in mind, this is a hard-plastic device, so uncomfortable to some, but also very durable.
