**Q: Is the center clear so you can see the logo and center it?**
A: from the bottom, the cut out is open.  Yes, you can see your logo, if you need to.

**Q: Will this leave a clean cut with icing sheets?**
A: I don't know what those are, but I have used this punch on watercolor paper, pastel paper, tissue paper and more and it always gives me a clean edge. I own several other sizes of their punches and have no complaints.

**Q: Is this 2 inch or 2 1/4 inch?**
A: It is 2.25 inch

**Q: Will this cut the type of ribbon used to make award rosettes? (It’s thicker than satin acetate)**
A: This punch is intended for paper crafts, so I don't think it will cut through ribbon.
