This unique mala is lovingly hand made by Tibetan nuns living in exile in North India. The braided nylon tail is a traditional finish used by the nuns. The three crystal 'marker beads' are added to create a unique decorative finish. This mala is made with dyed water buffalo bone. Purchases of this or any of our other Tibetan Nun's Project items helps support education, building projects and other essential needs within the Tibetan Nuns Project community based in Northern India.
