Good.
Good non-creatine product. I use half dose which is sufficient. Powerful scent.

Disappointed
I have bought a lot of the Total War flavors for the pre work out and I haven't had any trouble for the most part. The taste is great on all of them and the energy level is always top notch. I even suggest this to all of my buddies that I work out with. However, I just purchased the strawberry mango and when It arrived it was hard as a brick. Seal and all was still intact but when I opened it up it wasn't powder at all. Being at the gym already, I went ahead and chiseled off a cup full and tried it out. The flavor and energy is pretty good but I am not going to spend 10 minutes trying to tunnel out of prison to get a work out in. I guess I will chalk this one up to a lost 35 dollars and try a different brand. I hate it though because there were still a couple flavors that I hadn't tried. Oh well, live and learn.

Can Help You Fight the Devil Himself
This will imbue you with the power level of a planet buster. I've taken a couple of other PWOs, but this brand in particularly always floors me and gives me the added boost needed some days. Need to get your mind off your troubles? This got you. Want a workout that will leave your body demolished? This got you. Your demons louder than usual? This got you. You're just in it for a good workout? This got you. Want to simulate what a crack addict experiences when they get high? This got you. The flavors are something that can take getting used to, but that is usually the case with all PWOs. I myself usually add in a scoop of creatine (5g) and that is enough to neutralize the harshness of the taste.... just don't overdo it and make sure to mix well. In sum? Totally worth it, and I don't see myself trying another brand in the near future.

Clumped up old preworkout
I have always liked total war as it is inexpensive and gets me a great workout. I have bought total war consistently for the past year. There is one time in the past that I got total war from Amazon and it was very rocky and chalky which is a sign that it has been sitting on the shelf for a very long time. I decided to buy total war preworkout again from Amazon thinking that it was just a one off bad experience. This preworkout bottle I got is very clumpy and hard as a rock. It looks like it has been sitting on the shelf for over a year. It is also very convenient that there is no return allowed on the product.

A few things to note:)
I was really excited to try this preworkout because I have heard good things about the brand. First off, I got strawberry Kiwi and I’ve tasted a lot better. When I took it I felt results immediately, which is good and they lasted for a very long time. One thing I don’t like is the tingles but if your into that then this is the one for you! This is a very expensive preworkout but it’s also very high in caffeine, so untimely highly effective. In conclusion I think you get a great bang for your buck with this product ;)

Amazing Product!
For starters, the flavor. I bought the Strawberry Mango and based on the looks of all these other reviews you all picked the wrong one. It tastes like a strawberry smoothie and it’s hard not to desire breaking the rules and make a second one like you’re at your favorite burger joint. 10/10Effectiveness. This stuff does the absolute trick! I’ve never thought pre workout was a step I’d want in my gym sessions, but Total War looked good without being flashy and it came recommended to me by numerous gym rats. The tingling/itchy feeling you get when it finally hits is something else! I find it difficult to take my breaks because I just want to keep going! 10/10Price point. Does anyone really care about this one? This stuff goes on sale all the time so stop being weird.Conclusion. If you’ve made it this far you’ll be happy to know this train wreck of a review is over…. NOT, But seriously Total War took my pre workout virginity (oh yeah that’s right!😎) and I know I made the best choice, but will you?

Taste? Disgusting! Good pumps/energy/focus? Plain water gives me more...
This is easily the worst pre workout I have ever had. I ordered the first one in STRAWBERRY-MANGO flavor; package arrives and as soon as I open it I can smell the JALAPEÑO. I gave it a try and it does taste like GREEN APPLE AND JALAPEÑO! It's disgusting! I was very confused as to why did this powder taste like this so I asked for a replacement; the replacement arrives and it tastes exactly the same! How in the world do you miss the flavor/taste mark this bad? Drinking this thing is a torture!!Did it at least give me any sort of push/kick towards a better workout? Nope, deionized water keeps me in a better mood and state of mind. Heck, Gatorade is god-tier next to this thing! The ingredients profile may sound attractive, but please do yourself a favor and never buy this thing.

Good stuff. Skin tingles (read for why skin tingles)
This stuff is good. I developed a tolerance to Bang energy and this still has a push on top of my tolerance. With that said, this stuff would probably make people without a tolerance to preworkouts flip out.Keep in mind though, this is not the strongest stuff out there. It is really strong though, nonetheless. This stuff will make your skin tingle / itch, but that is because it’s properly dosing it’s supplements!!! The tingling is from a proper dose of Beta-Alanine.Beta-Alanine is a commonly used ingredient found in many pre-workouts. It can also be purchased as a stand alone ingredient.Beta-Alanine in the body mixes with another amino acid called Histidine. These 2 together create a compound called Carnosine. Carnosine has great benefits in improving muscular endurance and fatigue management.Other preworkouts put a tiny bit of Beta-Alanine in there so they can list it on ingredients, but without actually investing into the supplement. Therefor you don’t really get the benefit. Here, you’ll get the benefit (and subsequently, your skin will tingle.)
