I had this less than a year and it stopped working all of sudden. I used it about 2-3 a week if that. This month the buttons stopped working. It powers on but nothing else. I am disappointed I have to purchase a new one. I will be looking into a better quality one.

After our previous frother gave up the ghost- I endeavored to replace it on Amazon. Our previous frother was a Delonghi, which we had purchased refurbished from a discount store, when it worked it did a fabulous job, but often it refused to work at all for a day or two and it was a pain. I read all the glowing reviews on this item and trusted them at the point when I was to make this purchase, despite the fact that most were offered by those who received the product for a reduced price based on their review. This product is junk, the milk burns in it just as if you cooked pudding on the stove without stirring. You cannot fit your hand into it comfortably to clean the milk scum out and while it does alright with making foam, the milk is way too hot to enjoy. We returned it and in this past year we have had to make so many returns to Amazon based on junk products receiving glowing reviews. I know we buy these frothers to get quick foam but this one has no value unless you receive it at a reduced cost in exchange for a review.

I just got it today and tried to froth milk. It worked great! I'm taking this to work to safe money on the coffee bar. It's quiet enough I can use it at my desk. I love the reheat option. The frothed milk is great!

Had this product for a month or so. Worked okay, not great, but good enough and I was happy with it. Then one day it just stopped working. I only used it 10 times, maybe. Really disappointing.

It was never really that great to begin with, the metal frothing top falls off constantly. Now after about 2 months of light use it has stopped working completely. One star.

Doesn't froth the milk as much as I would like. Heats it to just the right temp though.

Works nicely. We warm and froth milk to make flavored drinks. Great way to get the kiddos to drink milk. My kids like caramel flavoring added to the milk.

The wife likes it a lot and the price was right
