Could not see any change in my digestive system symptoms by using this product

The product itself is great, however, the jar arrived broken on the bottom and we had to remove each capsule and inspect it for glass shards. I thought it was pretty unacceptable for a $50 product. We still continue to rinse each capsule before taking it just in case there are tiny shards still left on the capsule.
