GREAT portable 'credit card size' adhesive patch. All natural - menthol. Can be used healthfully by senior citizens NO HARMFUL ingredients. Been using Salonpas for 20-30 years and we used to have to go to Asian specialty stores to buy it, thank goodness it's become mainstream so everyone can use these (and not have to ask me repeatedly "what are all those patches??" while examining me and all my patches for fibromyalgia problems).
