Love these scissors and they are made very well...I use them for other purposes besides brows.

I am a cosmetologist with a brow obsession for over fifteen years. Disappointed with eyebrow scissors in general, I long discarded them in favor of my hair cutting shears. Traditional eyebrow scissors have a dull, cheap edge, too-small finger holes, and/or cumbersome safety guards. All the "pro" eyebrow scissors I used would quickly lose their edge, get stuck on my fingers while cutting, or rust when disinfecting in barbicide.I bought these on a whim from Tonya Crooks at IBS in Las Vegas. They looked different. Tonya (the artist) was using them seamlessly, and they had a good weight. They felt like tiny hair cutting shears.I have been using them for about 6 months now, daily, and couldn't be happier.The tips are sharp and precise. The edge cuts course hair easily, without leaving a frayed hair end. The finger holes are perfectly proportioned. The weight easily balances in your hand. There is good resistance in the grip, so they are easy to control.Keep in mind, there are no safety guards. These scissors are sharp. You could definitly injure yourself or someone else with them. But as a pro cosmetologist, these fit my needs exactly.The color does lighten over time after multiple disinfections, but no rust or pitted blades. I add a touch of clipper oil to the screw after disinfection, and they are perfect.Thank you Tonya for producing eyebrow scissors that are beautiful, reliable, and of high quality. No more giant hair cutting shears in my client's faces!

These brow scissors have been used. Yuck!

Design is elegant but I had to drop a star for function. The handle portion is longer than the cutting edge, so more precise, but take a little getting used to manipulating for shorter hairs. A little more tension than drugstore trimmers too, but I'm guessing over time or with a drop of oil they will loosen up. Same small finger openings as drugstore brands, so the tinier your digits the easier to use.

These are the best eyebrow scissors I have ever tried! Very sharp and easy to use. More expensive than others I checked but I think it’s worth the extra.
