DVD arrived promptly and in good condition. The performance was very entertaining. I would recommend it to anyone.

While I have heard about Ladysmith Black Mambazo i had never listened to them before so when then the cd appeared in an amazon sale i decided to try it out well my friend and i enjoyed every moment of listening pleasure it's a great by i think.

This was just totally awesome! I almost forgot what they sounded like. Riveting. Those who have an open mind about music should listen.

I watched the "Graceland" film and wanted to see more performances of Ladysmith Black Mombazo. This performance was simply great. It is good also to have what Shabalala describes as "the next generation of Black Mombazo" perform so well. As the old move out the young must be groomed to take their place. Exciting and heart warming performance.

A different style and a refreshing change from the regular North American grass roots, or formalized choir, gospel sound. They are very good and their harmonies are excellent. Sound equipment of the day, that is, the on stage microphone set-up is annoyingly cluttering and unable to maintain musical continuity during dance movements. You have to love the energy!
