Muscle Massage Ball Set. 3 Foot Massagers for Plantar Fasciitis, Deep Tissue and Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy.

Upfront, I have Plantar Fasciitis, and this Freory Massage Ball set has been great in helping relieve my foot pain. Before I started using this set I was using another spiky ball that I purchased on Amazon and it was nice but this set’s spiky ball is much better. This set has cured me of the Plantar Fasciitis… well not yet, but it has made my everyday life so much more comfortable. I keep the set on my nightstand, so when I wake up and before sleep I roll out my feet.The piece I primarily use is the spiky massage ball, I can really dig deep into my foot with this, it hurts but it is such a good hurt. I like to first start using it by sitting down on the edge of my bed and then I slowly apply more pressure by starting to stand up. Seriously, it gets deep in your foot.The rest of the set is really nice too. If I am in the mood for a less intense massage I use the lacrosse massage ball, or for a more relaxed massage, I use the spiky peanut. The spiky peanut is the piece that I love best. It feels so good as it massages the bottom and sides of my feet.The lacrosse ball is solid rubber and works much better than a tennis ball, racquetball, or the cue ball that I had been using. I also like using the Freory Massage Ball set on my back and shoulder on a wall. Best part, the Freory Massage Ball set cost far less that the pieces that I had bought separately.Just writing this review makes me think of other uses. Maybe I should buy another set to keep with me here in the office? I would recommend these to anyone that has foot pain.Shipping was also great. Got in 2 days and it was even delivered on Easter Sunday. Amazing!

These are wonderful. My only complain is that the spiky ones make my feet itch for some odd reason. I've never had that happen before with similar items.

I've had these for about a month. I like the variety of the items and overall would purchase each item separately. The lacrosse ball is great, has a rubbery grip that ensures it does not slip.The peanut roller deflated quickly. The insert for the air pump was pushed into the body and while it works does not have the pressure that would be idea. Other than the lacrosse ball the other two items seem to be of lesser quality.

It came early. When I purchased the foot massage balls it did not say item will be used. I got a used product and I'm disappointed because I don't like the dark dirty black spots on the tip of the balls. I will keep them because I need them I will have to sanitize them very good but next time I will call Amazon to verify before I purchase a product.

So the peanut ball and the single porcupine ball are good so far, but I’m super disappointed because I got two single porcupine balls instead of one lacrosse ball and one porcupine ball. The lacrosse ball was what I was looking forward to the most.

I've been having progressively worse heel pain over the last few months. Recently I could only hobble around gritting my teeth... then, I ordered this set. I ordered on Friday, and it came in on Saturday with Prime. Amazing!The set was packaged well, and the storage bag is a bonus. As soon as I got it, I rolled out both feet with the spiky peanut. It hurt, but it worked wonders! I took the hard spiky ball to work with me so I could roll my feet out during the day. This set had allowed me to manage my pain and improve it drastically in just a few days! I've already recommended it. The customer service from this company is great and I received an email from the folks at Freory.I definitely recommend this set!

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I find that rolling one of these lacrosse balls helps relieve the pain, especially the next day. I find that the more pressure I use, the better the lasting results. The smooth ball tends to pop out when I'm applying a lot of pressure. The spiky one is a nice change of texture although I'm not sure if it is as effective. The double spike has a lot of give in it, as in it deflates as you step on it. I use all my weight on this one and it never flattens out, but it does more than I'd like to get the pressure in. It is nice to have the insides hit the sides of your foot. Overall, they are a nice set that gives you some variety to rolling out your pain.
