Cuisine Perel Vinegar Late Harvest Riesling

This vinegar is so amazing.It is hard to believe that this small addition to a salad can make such a difference in taste. It is absolutely delicious. Mix it with a bit of virgin olive oil and pour it over any salad and you are in for a real treat. It is a bit expensive but it makes a delicious low cal dressing . Slice and roast a few pears, mix them with some greens, walnuts, red onion and feta (you can even toss in a few golden raisins) and you have an amazing salad.It is also good on a mixed garden salad. I think if you want to try something different and delicious , you will not be disappointed trying Late Harvest Riesling.

Bottles are glass and not one was broken. The vinegar is the best ever. I did share and still had some for me. I would like in the future to be able to buy a few and not a case. But is made great gifts.

A go-to vinegar for salad dressings. Best with Grapeseed oil, truffle salt and pepper.

Received this as a gift from my mother-in-law, a woman of refined taste (and I'm not just saying that because my wife is with me;). This is without a doubt the best vinegar I've ever tasted. Makes an excellent salad dressing with walnut oil and Dijon mustard. Or just drizzle over berries. Yeah, it's that good.
