I’ve been waking up nauseous every morning and vomiting at least 2-3 times a week. My OBGYN told me to start adding some extra vitamin B6 supplements in addition to the prenatal vitamins i’m already taking. I’ve ordered from Solgar before and was happy with their product, so I decided to give these a go. After taking them I instantly saw improvements!! Obviously it did not completely eliminate my morning sickness, but It made it much easier to be able to stomach my breakfast without vomiting. These vitamins have been a game changer in my pregnancy and I’m so grateful I gave them a go! They have no weird taste, which is important for those struggling with constant nausea.
