Petmate Booda Clean Step Litter Box Dome Liners, Jumbo 8-Count

In the span of 2 years, I have tried 4 different litter boxes for my kitty. Apartment living is challenging for litterbox maintenance, especially with a kitty who digs so much. I read the reviews here and can see why some of the reviews were negative. However, I have found that HANDS DOWN, this is the best litter box for containing odor, reducing litter, trailing and dust, and is also aesthetically pleasing, stylish. Here is my secret for success: 1. I use litter box liners, which I have shown in the picture. I line the box with 2 as a double layer. This prevents any ripping from excessive digging. They fit inside this particular model and keep everything manageable. I scoop my box once every morning, then top off the litter with a little sprinkling a fresh litter. 2. I use sweet scoop or World's best -- both are natural litters -- and scoop and flush it directly into my toilet! I only flush one urine or bowel movement at a time, so I do not clog the toilet. It breaks up very easily and flushes. No stinky litter genie to manage, cheaper, and less plastic in the landfill!! 3. I sweep the little teency bit of litter trail which is only right in front of the step after I scoop. Easy peasy. 4. A huge pro for me is that there is a charcoal filter included in the dome of this litter box. It’s really awesome especially for apartment living where we don’t have the luxury of hiding the litter box in a basement! 5. Once a week, I just pick up the entire litter liner bag and put it in the trash. The bottom of the litter box is spotless. no need to worry about the scooper missing spots due to the curved pan shape, as some have complained about. Some have also complained about urine leaking out the side or the top not staying on. I have had none of these problems and I am sure the plastic liner eliminates any risk of leakage. So products I use in a nutshell to keep litter area obsessive-level clean: - this litter box -Petmate jumbo litterbox liners - Swheat Scoop flushable cat litter - plastic or nonstick scooper - Catguru scoop caddy -small handheld brush and dustpan

these liners are a great product, and a great idea. I got a circular litter box, so they fit a bit odd; but would be great, except my new Rescue kitty is such a Miss Priss, she over scratches and cleans up after herself, almost tidy; and it tears the material... I was hoping to pick it up at the right time and gather everything for the trash..... Not gonna use them, so they will be given to the RESCUE we got our Kitty from... It is a great product.

These liners hang over and stretch too much in all the wtong spots on the litter dome. My cats just shredded ir smeared poo all over them. They tore from the weight of the litter as well. Go sans liner and clean more often.

These are clear bags, and a bit oversized but work okay. I am always tucking that huge bag is around the dome.Wish they had a drawstring though. That would really help! The value is debatable .Domes are round, so Round with drawstring would be perfect! I am always having to tuck the excess in around the dome. I have the smaller dome without the steps. I think all domes must use this size bag, Re-Designing would be wonderful.! Plus a Drawstring will help it fit better around the perimeter of the dome, too.

Anyone who owns a booda litter box knows how hard it is to find liners. I thought being made by booda, the liners would fit it to a tee and be tough. Wrong. The liners are pretty flimsy and tear very easily. When you first take it out of the bag you notice how thin it is but i still wanted to give it a try. I didn't trust the strength of it too much so I used 2. Well this was a good thing because within the week the first liner tore and my cat doesn't even have claws. I know I was also very careful using the scoop so as not to tear the liner as I read from another's post that that is what happened so I know it wasn't the scoop. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this a 0. I think they give you 8 so you could double line the box but now my biggest concern is when I have to change the litter and have to lift the whole bag out of the box if it's going to break. Sorry, if I have a product especially designed to make my life easier and it makes it harder, that in anyone's book is a faulty product. I'm going back to Johnny cat liners, the extra large which seems to work and are big enough to cover the shape. I use scotch tape to tape the outer sides downs so they don't slip into the box as the cat is pawing inside. I saw someone wrote something about putting a divider. I think that's a good idea. I just use one of those litter catcher mats for now because not all the litter stays on the step when my cat darts out. It might be a good idea to buy 2, one for right outside the entrance and another for the area the cat can jump out onto around the litter box. After struggling to keep the box clean, we decided to see if the liner would actually help. the difference cleaning the box was night and day after installing the liner. It went from a struggle to get the litter out, to just scooping it out with ease... Don't know what took so long for me to figure this out... but alas, no more struggling for me!

If you live in an apartment and have to drive your trash to the centrally located dumpster like our city kitty does, then these liners will save your life. Very easy to place in the litter box (we use a Boodha Dome), and when it's time to clean, just lift it up, put it in an old Walmart bag and take it to the trash. Liners are super strong and have never once leaked or ripped (knocking on wood). These are something we'll keep buying for the sheer convenience of them.

After reading several reviews, I decided to buy these. I just put the first one in the litter box a couple days ago and it is still in place. There is plenty of space in these bags to cover the sides.

Easily torn by claws & no pull ties to remove bag full of dirty litter - very cumbersome not a fan

The dispatch and delivery was prompt so I have used them again, The product is of Good quality. I ordered a small size in my first try so for next time I ordered a larger size which fits snugly in the litter pan. I found there is nothing wrong with the product. I will be using them agian.

i think these liners are good and are quiet tough have two cats who use tray and they mostly last ocassional rips not often
