I tried it, it is very effective but contain sugar.. it tastes like candy but sugared

The first time I bought these, they were great. The second time, I had exactly the same experience as Ali A: the seal was broken, there was a strange smell and a strange taste. Unfortunately, they went into the bin. I bought them around the same time as Ali A (end of July). So I think there must have been a problem with that batch.

I bought it again even before finishing my 1st bottle. I had insomnia related to stress..this helps me return to my normal sleep cycle. 1 was more than enough to make me sleepy..when i took the recommended 2..i became too sleep and with heavy head. So one is perfect for someone who isn't used to it. Start with 1 and in the bad days take 2 2 hours befor bed time. And it tastes good too.

I tried to take two gummies and it did not work well and makes you not feeling well when you wake up. Then I took one gummy and it slightly help but when you wake up, you will have a bad headache that continue the whole day.

These gummies help to induce sleep and you will wake up thoroughly rested. The taste is good but I find that they smell too strong of strawberry which might bother the person next to you. Reason for four stars. Other than that, it is a good product that does what is advertised.

Honestly, between multiple brands I have used. This one seems to be the top, I actually have a good night sleep after taking two gummies, they are also gummies so yeey. I definitely recommend this! FYI to get the 5mg you need to take two as per the serving guide on the bottle.

I was really disappointed with this product. It didn't work at all for me, and I feel like it was a waste of money. The packaging claims you can take up to three, which I now understand because it doesn't do much of anything. The only positive aspect is the taste, which is similar to eating Haribo gummies. Unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the lack of effectiveness.

I was happy to find this product from a brand I am familiar with. Insomnia runs in my family, and I've struggled with sleeplessness my entire adult life. I was looking for something to help me wind down on those days when I really need a good night's sleep - early work meetings, traveling, busy days in general. I have always been apprehensive about taking any kind of sleep aid. I assumed either the product wouldn't work, or I'd become dependent on it. The instructions are to take two chews, so I started with just one and before I knew it, I felt myself slowly easing into a comfortable rest. I slept through the night, felt refreshed in the morning. I've used these chews sparingly ever since, and every time, they work just the same: a nice, comfortable ease into sleep. One chew is still enough for me. I can take one, lay in bed with the TV, or a book, and within a half hour or so, I'm out. As a side effect, which might be mind over matter, I feel like my sleep has improved little by little, even when I don't use this product. I still only use one chew, instead of the recommended two, and maybe once a week, or less. I would recommend to anyone looking for something to gently help them sleep. I also want to point out that there is NO GELATIN in this chew, which is very hard to find. They also taste delicious!
