**Q: Hi there. I would like to ask about elevator insole. 5cm Height taller. 1/2 foot lenght.**
A: Hey. Sure, what quests do you have?

**Q: Are you supposed to take out the existing sole of your shoe?**
A: Place it on the existing sole. I was not pleased with the insole as 1/2 inch was not enough to make a difference. I reordered a 1 inch much better.

**Q: does each insole work in either the left or right shoe?**
A: No. They are specific to right and left shoes. See my review for a picture.

Escribo la reseña para que no cometan el error que yo cometí. El producto es EXCELENTE para dar altura pero no esta hecho para amortiguar la pisada. Es muy rígido.
